At $735 a month for a one bedroom PLUS an extra $65 a month for w/s/g, this complex is a total waste of money.

Parking is a joke! The only time I was able to find a parking spot that was not within 2 inches of other cars was across the property or on the other side of the fence in Top Foods lot. Usually had to walk a mile to get home, and the garages are for 'special' apartments.

The noise isn't so bad. The walls are actually insulated very well due to the fact that these apartments use to be condos. If you like having your windows open, however, be aware that the screaming children and squawking Macaws might drive you up the wall.

The overall appearance of the grounds are not too shabby, unless of course you decide to stand out on your porch and look at the ground between the buildings. It is COVERED so much in cigarette butts that it looks like snowfall, and children actually PLAY on these lawns!

Safety is not an issue, provided the lights are kept up. I had never heard of any break-ins while I lived there. There was a period of time, however, that the light at the top of the stairwell was out for over a month and it still was not fixed by the time I moved out.

The construction of the buildings was great! No extreme gaps, drafts, or shabiness of the basic structure of the buildings. The fixtures were another story. Basically everything was made out of MDF and was warped. If there was wallpaper when a previous tenant was there, it will most likely still be there for the next, just painted over.

Maintenance was decent. The first few issue I brought to their attention were taken care of. The light in the stairwell was another issue.

The staff was(is) very snoody. They'll help you on their time, and if they don't like you, for whatever reason, don't expect any help.

Honestly, I moved out before my lease was up because it simply was not worth the headache or the expense. For much less I could have had so much more!
