Me and my husband moved here almost a year ago. I like the place,its close to stores,restaurant and mall.
The staff and securities are nice too,they do keep the apartment clean which is nice.
When somethings broken, i just go to the front office and they come to fix it the same day or the next day.
Everything was going great until my husband (that is in the navy) got deployed, and his car got stolen. Cops came couple minutes later (since they are just right there) and they found the car 5 hrs later. But anyway,the apartment didnt have any fault at that, we just make sure that we park in the garage now. Ive also heard from neighbors that their kids or their cars are getting vandalized (spray painted,stealing plate,cutting tires) here,but that didnt happen to us anymore since we use our garage now. Thats just saying that even if you live in a very good aparmtnt complex,the safety of your car still isnt sure (except if you park in the garages).

We are renting this 1 bedroom,on top of garages right now (btw its the smallest unit they have, its 600sf), and i like it! we have no neighbor next and top us! the only noise we hear is the garage when somebody goes out or go home, and it isnt bad at all (as long as they dont have loud exhaust!)
but our lease are going to end soon and we are planning to move into their 2 bedrooms, oh gosh, i hope i dont get to have loud neigbors!
