If you are even thinking about this place, don't! my husband and I have lived here since fall of 08 and equity pretty drains all your money. we have never been late on rent before and last month we were 1 day late and we had to pay 100 extra dollars and were told to talk with the office staff if we were not going to pay by the 5th of the month. My husband and i both get paid on the 5th. any way this month we gave them a check on the second and asked them to hold it til the 5th stating there would not be enough money in our account until then. the ditzs in the office tried cashing it that very evening and we got a letter from our bank this weekend saying the rent check was returned. when we asked SAVANNAH! the red head about this she basically told us we were screwed and that we will have to pay over 200 dollars extra to them for fees. If you have any probloms talk with the new girl Toye! that is usuallty there on sundays. but what ever you do do not go to the red head she apparently knows nothing. Also we have an ant infestation and parking is miserable. also the red head says rent is the top priority and it comes above everything else even your job. then there is the smoking i mean it's fine that the people smoking want to kill themselves but i happen to want to breath fresh air. they actually have no smoking pol,icy and are more concerned about water useage after 10:00pm. infact they told us we couldn't even use the bathroom or shower. the manager daisy is a total ----- who want's only your money. and when we told her that we would pay the rent but had to wait til the 20th to pay for the late fees she told us they needed all of it now!

Our hall sometimes stinks of ciggs too yuck! We just opened the window in that hall and that solved the problem. Smokers boo ;(

logically speaking, if you know your rent is due on the 5th, wouldn't you budget for it from your paycheck on the 20th? What does your lease say about late fees? You signed it so shouldn't you know what they are?
