Not a bad apartment if you can handle the area

We lived in Lona Vista Apartments for about a year.

Overall it was not a bad place, one of the cheapest in the area, (550) for a two bedroom apt.

The neighbors were friendly and it next door the the everett community college.

The problems were the interior is kinda cheap and outdated.

When we moved in the apartment was quite dirty.

The area is a complete dump, next door to the place is a hotel with a constant stream of hookers and druggies going in and out of it, and a Tavern that is very loud until 2 in the morning.

The crime in the area is terrible our car was broken into and someone tried to break into our apartment.

Overall having a family I would not reccomend this place.
