The rent is reasonable and it is close to schools and shopping and freeway. Maintenance is fair. The manager is a wonderful woman. The problems are dampness and mold grows easlily and too many people of another country and all of them are rude and not friendly.So it is a very unfriendly place. But well maintained.Parking is good.The garage is overrun with furniture and hot water heaters. Sometimes looks like the ghetto.
