The apartments have been getting updated and I had the opportunity to transfer into the new apartments. It's so great to be part of this community. The company has brought change that has been needed for awhile. Paula thoughtfulness and genuine care for the people has meant a lot to me. I especially enjoyed the last Christmas party where Santa passed out the gifts by the fireplace. I have felt a real sense of community involvement.
I read the reveiw dated 11/08 and it motivated me to write this comment to help people hear another perspective on Mariner Meadows and our Landlord Paula who works so hard to do an exceptional job and keep the place nice. Our place is looking wonderful and I love living here.
I have also noticed most of the neighborhood properties don't have enough parking and experience allot of vandalism that I have not observed since living here.
