Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2000
 
I lived here for two years (in other rental units. I moved in after the previous tenant was evicted for non-payment of rent and for operating a heroin den.

After I moved in, it was fine until the apartment was destroyed by an arsonist.

You might want to check elsewhere.
