This place sucks.. seriously.. I have never been so unhappy in my life!! There in NO parking... The office girls said if there is no parking, just park in the fire lanes... what happened'' within 20 min. of parking there, I look out my window and they wrote me a ticket!! and just 2 weeks ago they towed my car which costed me $400 even though it was their mistake! There is no parking unless you want to pay extra, also there is only 10 spaces available for "visitors" but they are always filled, so dont expect to have friends over.. Kitchens are really cute, but trust me, it's not worth it. Especially if you dont want to listen to construction all day! If you want a nice apartment, go down the street to the Avalon apartments.. staff is much more friendly, good parking, cute apartments.

100% On the money . Eve ia a liar,scammer and just out to fill the apartments to 100 percent capacity. Mirabella sucks beyond all belief.
