I was only putting one star because they did not have an option for no stars. We have lived here for two years and the quality of life here has severely deteriorated.
Parking here is near impossible unless you pay for a parking space. However, that being said, people do not respect that, and often park in your designated spot. :leaving you nowhere to park.: If you do end up calling the towing company, good luck getting a hold of someone who will come out to actually tow the car. They have given the response of "We need verification from the management. If they are not on the premises, than you have to call the security company." It is so hard to get anything resolved because the security company does not take the residents seriously.
As far as safety goes: lock your car and NEVER leave valuables in it, because it WILL get broken into. The parking lots and sides could be better lit, and it is hard to get maintenance to fix a light if needed. They are getting better but its still a little hard.
The condition of the apartment is something to be desired. They do claim that they are remodeled, however, not all of the units are. The one that we moved into was half way remodeled and we still have a dishwasher and oven from the 80's or 90's. The paint is very poor quality and so is the carpet.
The most recent problem is the partying that has been taking over the complex. Its mostly kids who do not respect anyone. Passing out drunk, vomiting all over the kids playground, and leaving beer cans all over the complex are just a few of the problems, as is smoking weed all over the complex.
All in all, I would not recommend this apartment complex at all. If you have a family, do yourself and your family a huge favor and stay away from this one. It has become increasingly loud, dirty, and full of people who have no respect for others.
