I signed a 12 month lease with North Creek and have kicked myself in the a$$ ever since. The office management doesn't care to pay any attention to the residents that are already moved in, they are just looking to fill the units. Two of my friends and I were going to the pool on a hot summer day and one of the managers rudely started yelling at me saying that this was not a place that allowed just any bums in to use the pool! I was furious I had lived there for 7 months already and she didn't know who I was and had insulted me and my guests. I was not late on my rent at all but was still treated like I was a loiterer staying there for free. I had a list of things wrong with my apartment starting with: I went to take a shower before work 1 morning and realized that my water heater was broken and needed to be repaired, I only had cold water, my dishwasher door and soap holder didn't close, my power bill was over $200.00 a month to keep my 2 bedroom apartment warm because the single pain windows with the seals tearing off let all the heat out. Maintinace came 1 time took the flap off the front of the water heater and told me they would be ordering parts for it until they came in I would need to manually reset the water heater by reaching into the insulation and pressing a reset button, I had to press the reset button every night or there was no shower before work in the morning unless I wanted to freeze. The dishwasher was never repaired, and I was promised that the molded single pain windows would be replaced upon move in which never happened. I called maintinace and the office a total of 47 times since the water heater went out and nothing was done since they took the flap of the front. My neighbors upstairs were so loud I personally had to go upstairs and bang on their door at 3 AM numerous times and tell them to keep it down thumping music, loud stomping, and sounds of intercourse. The office did nothing about my complaints. To top off my horrible stay at this place my car was broken into by someone who rummaged through my things and took whatever they could. My car was the 7th one that was vandilized that week alone. Also a spendy repair $800.00. Unless you want to be your own landlord and fix your own appliances on your dime and pay for your car to be repaired when it is trashed, have a hard time finding parking, and get no sleep at night because the neighbors are inconsiderate and the office doesnt care if you need to go to work in the morning they do not take action, then I would suggest that you not live here!

I'm positive if you contacted the office as many times as you claim, the work would have been done 10 times over and noise complaints ARE taken care of. There's a security company to deal with these things during the hours the office isn't open and the office DOES deal with them during the hours they are open. You did not have to go knocking yourself. You should have called security or the cops! Cars get broken into almost anywhere you live, it happens, it's part of life. And there's open parking all around the property, so I don't know what your deal is there.
