BAD MANAGEMENT, UNFRIENDLY, NOISEY PLACE TO CALL HOME

We're transplants and didn't know any better, so this became our first place of residence.

It turned out to be a complete nightmare.

The manager lady (large woman with a mean demeanor) was very condescending, I had a quarrel with her on the first day, at that time she's been demoted to assist manager.

Her staff are mostly spanish speaking and they are extremely biased toward their own kind.

The assist.

manager (female) has a brother who works there and is the cause of noise and trouble in the apartment.

Very often seen fixing cars and blasting loud bass from car stereos.

Additionally, deep into the aprt complex, are very suspicious residents (probably illegal aliens) drinking out in the open and littering the apartment complex with beer bottles and what not.

It is ashame that the management does not do anything to improve the living standards, it feels like a little mexico with not law in that apartment.

Don't take our word for it, sign the lease and lock yourself in and then come back and write another review to concur.

DON'T IF CAN AVOID THIS AREA.

I'd give 30% for the management, 28% for the people in the apartment, and 40% for general ambience close to the entrance (they try to attract potential residents.
