The office staff is great. I had a problem with my hotwater tank in October '02 and when the maintenance staff moved my things out of the storage unit they were very careful with the fragile things - nothing was broken! Quality details in the units: solid wood cabinet doors, big windows, high ceilings and nice fixtures in the kitchen & bath. Great value for the money. I'm on my second lease right now and if I don't buy a home by the end of it, I'll sign a third.
