As a previous tenant at Portsmith, I can honestly tell you that this place has a terribly rude staff, and poor construction...you are basically living with your neighbors, the walls are so thin and hallow that you can hear your neighbors and vice versa. The parking is not great and the rent is pretty high for the area...

The main reason I would never live there again is because of the staff they are rude, rude, rude!!! If you have a pet then its all over!!! They will do everything in there power to charge you for damage because you have a pet, they will use a ultra violet light and pull up the carpet and if they see a stain they will accuse your pet of peeing (ours was potty trained and NEVER messed on the carpet) The stain was actually a pop stain. And if there is a stain they will make you pay for a whole new carpet. They are not fair when you move out.


Would I recommend this place''' That's a loud NO!!!

PS: I believe that the staff members are skimming enough to write up "their" own reviews so beware. Its pretty hard to believe some of those raving reviews especially the ones raving about how nice and helpful the staff is. GIVE ME A BREAK!!! The staff is not to be trusted and they are as rude as can be. The minute you sign the lease...the smile dissapears and the ruthless faces appear!!!
