Maintenance is exceptionally poor. Most of the time, you have to remind the staff again & again to get them to act on your problem. Forget about it also if you have problem(s) with other tenants, the staff either just have very dull memory or just don't want to act on the problem. Make sure you have Renter's Insurance if you still decide to rent at this place. The "much touted" security alarm doesn't really offer any protection (read the fine print in the lease). I periodically tested mine and more often than not, either you don't get a respond or a recording will contact you. The bottom line is (I can go on and on with my dissatisfaction with Portsmith) I will NOT RECOMMEND this place for anyone I know or care about.
