Overall the apartment community is quite nice. However, theft is on the rise. I have lived at this townhouse community for nearly 3 years. The last 6 months have been problematic. Theft is definitely on the rise here. I have seen a number of broken windows on cars, as well as my car was broken into 20 feet from my front door. The only thing I can attribute it to is the lessening of Loss Preventions patrol hours as well as the allowance of Section-8. It is a shame I pay $1100 a month rent (in Everett!!) to not feel safe and to find my car was broken into. I have moved out in the last month to a better location and a better value for my money. The good points of the apartment community are the modern floor plans and appliances, the grounds are well maintained. The bad points about the complex are the dumpsters are full almost immediately after they are emptied, cars are broken into, the cabana closes too early, there isn't a drop-box for rent payments. If you move here, make sure you invest in an alarm system for your car.
