Just check around and you will see, you get more for the dollar than any other comloex in the area. There are people comlpaining about Portsmith, they are usually losers to start with. The staff here is very frendly and acomadating. The units are quiter than most apts. I've seen. There are a lot of extra features also. The culb house is great also indoor pool outdoor pool and workout room. There are vac. just like all other apts. in the area so there renting standards seem to be geting lax. Overall I love it here.
