SHOP AROUND BEFORE RENTING AT PORTSMITH!

I thought the high rent would help screen out the riff-raf but I found that teens and persons of suspicious character could move into this complex. Very well maintained grounds and community services. Popular place for dogs so if you can't deal with the "land mines" then I would live elsewhere. Hefty non-refundable deposit required for dogs based on weight. Most tenants were considerate and friendly. Staff always eager to help and quick to make repairs. This south Everett neighborhood has declined in quality and livability since 2001. The crime rate has sky rocketed and Portsmith has had its share of car break-ins. We lost two cell phones and had our vehicle keyed while living here. The garages are nice but cost an extra $100 per month. Apartments are very well lit with huge windows. I liked the very deep kitchen sinks, the spacious rooms, and the two shower head master bath with dual vanity.
