I enjoyed living in Portsmith apartments. I rented for one year. The reason I moved out is that they wanted to raise my rent to a rediculous amount. They are very nice apartment homes, spacious. Yes there is a huge problem with dog feces, it happened to be the area right infront of my living room windows. Parking is Hell and I saw a few broken car windows in the mornings on the way to work. Not to mention the cars missing in action. The walls are very thin!!!! so if you are a light sleeper don't rent here. I never had any problems with the staff or other renters, besides the ones with dogs. It is not a very sociable neighborhood. But overall it is just a nice place in the middle of a bad area.
