Well...I moved here almost two years ago and right after the first year I decided to renew my lease. BAD IDEA! The apartments were bough by a new company right afterwards. The old company used to be so friendly. They would always say hi, but this new company is horrible. The don't fix stuff until it's basically the last day legally to fix it. Also when you go into the Clubhouse they don't say hi or can they help you. They just wait for you to ask. Also, they are very understaffed and usually if you call with a question they will say that they will call you back but never do. I had to call 4 times before they finally called me back. Is that professional' I DON'T THINK SO!!!! The apartments are really nice inside, but the grounds are getting horrible. There is a problem with the drainage outside so the grass is always swampy. Plus dogs go everywhere and they don't do anything about it, except post signs and letters. I would check elsewhere before moving here. :)
