1)Office staff should always be professional.
Providing good customer service means standing up and smiling when a customer comes in. This means you who ever wrote that last comment you are in the wrong business and are very disrespectful I bet you even used to work here or still do that would explain everyones comments.
With your education and bad spelling maybe you should try working at McDonalds. Oops I'm sorry you have to smile there too.
2)No dog poop all over is not funny maybe you should step in it! Letters won't do much when you do not have responsible pet owners but hefty fines will. Don't pick up the poop pick up the tab letters should go out to everyone pet owner or not and follow through!
3)Yes this is an apartment and I understand there will be some noise but when it gets to be extreme that is when you complain. Regarding the "duh" comment. I am a respectable person who has a colledge degree not just a high school diploma or equivalent and I know how to spell.
4) Nobody should have to move into an apartment with stains all over the carpet and still dirty. Whether its been cleaned or not. You know it happens more than you (leasing agent) would ever admit.Just because you write things down on a move/in move out statement doesn't mean they still do not charge you for it or say you don't have to write it down because they will fix it and then don't.
5) If you see broken down cars on the property but you love it here you must love living in trailer trashville.
6) If the staff was so friendly they would smile and greet every person that walked in the door and never ignore you and take care of work order within a resonable time and take care of the issues that have been addressed. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
7) The old management was more professional and looking at the property it showed thawt they cared.
AVOID THE HEADACHE AND GRIEF DO NOT MOVE HERE
BUT IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR STOLEN, DONT MIND STEPPING IN DOG POOP AND PREFER VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND TERRIBLE CHEAP MAINTENANCE WORK MOVE HERE!!! Point taken.

To Mr. or Mrs. College Degree: I would like to let you know that I have a Bachelor's in English and a Master's in Education. It is wonderful to be educated, but that does not give license to be condecending. If you want to tear down other people by throwing around your "educated status", I would recommend that you at least proofread your insults; I caught several typos and grammatical errors in your comments! It defeats the purpose of belittling others if you have errors yourself. I was just browsing this site and I couldn't resist pointing these indiscrepancies out to you. Your comments are valid, but they lose value when you take a personal vendetta towards others. People who live in glass spelling houses, shouldn't throw stones during a spelling bee; proofread before you press submit!
