I have to agree with an earlier poster regarding the difference the new management has made. The previous management was very friendly and on a first-name basis with everyone. The new management treats everyone like a nuisance, that is just wasting their time.

The landscaping is going down hill fast as well as the overall ambience of the community. It used to be quiet and very pleasant, it is now turning into a teenage party haven.

Thankfully our lease is up and we are moving out. Watch out for their hidden charges in their move-out agreement and good luck negotiating them. Also the value is falling, they were going to up our rent if we would have stayed.
