I've lived here for over 3 years and until the new owners bought the facility things were kept sparkling clean and everything kept in new condition. Before the new owners it was a great place to live. It's not bad now, but I definately would not move in at this time. For many people, this place would be fine. But, it's not good enough anymore for MY family. The current owners provide shoddy and nearly nonexistant maintenance and service. Also, there seems be no review process for the quality of people moving in, either..."Bring your 15 mullet-sporting kids and junky cars, please" their ads must read. The staff gets upset if you come near the front desk to pick up any packages, or have any questions for them. Parking has always been tight, but that isn't as big a deal as the maintenance and staff issues. My particular apartment is very quiet. The appliances are quality, nice windows etc. It would be a great place to live if the complex had better upkeep. Remember, the complex was very nice up until the current owners took over. If you care about the cleanliness and functionality when you step outside of your own house, look into other apartments than these. These apartments are sinking more and more into the typical Everett type of apartments that they were not just a year or two ago. I gave it an "Average" review because the operation is still just alright but is deteriorating quickly into the neighboring apartments of Everett.
