The longer you stay, the worst the management gets!

Well, I disagree with the last person's review of Portsmith Apartment Homes. I have lived here from 1999 when it was first built.
Like previously mentioned, in the beginning everything went very smooth. Re-signing a one year lease worked well with the concessions. But, as time goes on and owners and managers change, so do the concessions. Now, with each new lease I have gone from very good to terrible concessions. The current management would rather put several thousands of dollars and loose one or more months rent then give any incentive to continue renting. To bad.
