Parking is great. Every apartment has one assigned covered space. If you have more than one car or a friend come over, there is plenty of extra parking space because the apartments are so spread out.
The bad thing is that the spaces are small and close together. Luckily I do not own a truck ... I have a hard time fitting my car in next to my neighbor's little honda civic.
Though there is a night drop box, it is only accessible before 10pm as it is located indoors.
The indoor pool is great and usually at a warm enough temparature. The exercise room is small, but has a variety of equipment. There is usually not many people in there anyhow, so it is okay if it is small. One problem though, even though the complex advertises that the facilities are 24 hours, they are only so if you pay extra for them. Otherwise, you are limited to 10pm.
Also, one group of people imparticular like to have the outdoor hot tub to themselves in the evenings. Even after management replaces the lights, they end up twisting them out or breaking them so it is too dark. Who wants to sit in the dark with strangers so we never use it at night anymore...
Overall, I am very pleased. I have never had an issue with maintainance. They are always very quick to solve my problems. Management is attentive and friendly.

I just want to put a little about a previous post ... I have not heard anything about exploding cars and bodies found LOL. And I never got a flyer about valuables in my car. My roommate had his sunglasses stolen from his car, but that was his fault as he left his door unlocked! I have been here 7 months and have yet to see anything but a small spider on occasion which I think is pretty good!
In comparison to other places I have lived, it is very quiet here. Sometimes my neighbor goes through a cleaning spree (only 3 times) and throws garbage bags of stuff from her balcony which she then goes down and takes them to the dumpster. This seems to be a reasonable way to do it without hauling down the stairs ... if she didn't do it at 2am!!! LOL
