The area around the complex can be busy and noisy, but it's amazing once you get into the complex. We have two children and although there are other children in the complex, it is very quiet and well kept. Our apartment is beautiful. The maintenance people and front desk people are very friendly. Sometimes we've had to submit a request for work more than once but when we've indicated that this is a repeat request, the front desk person offered to come and fix it right there, even in his suit. The only security issue we've had is someone stole my license plates off my car. I attribute that more to the area than the complex. The cabana is well kept and is almost always in full operation.
