We used to live in K-300. I miss that apt. We live in a really nice apt now in San Diego. The sq ft is about the same, but somehow that apt felt bigger. The only problem we had was that mgmt kept changing. Also, my car was broken into once, but luckily they couldn't get my cd player out so they left the "face" on my passenger's seat. Also, they didn't break a window. But we never used the ammenities so I can't rate the condition of the pool or spa. Other than that, I really loved that apt. It felt so bright and spacious. We're military and have lived a ton of places and that apt was one of the best!
