I've lived there for two years now (a little more, yeah) I haven't had any problems with my apartment or the staff. I had been locked out of my apartment once, and as I was trying to get into my own apartment (in not an entirely legal way, opening and crawling through my window) I recieved a call from a friend of mine who works at a dispatch center. There warning was someone was trying to break into MY apartment... After laughing that it was me, they told me police had been called shortly before I was called... and that they were on their way.

Within two minutes a deputy was at my door. Luckily I had already gotten in and was able to diffuse the situation. The residents are watchful and make sure things that are less than kosher are not happening. In my oppinion I was glad to have neighbours like that!

Sure the staff make mistakes, it happens and I'm not bitter about it. Why am I okay' Because they are heartfelt when they realize they have failed to meet my expectations, and quickly take actions to make any mistakes rights. The manager in the office is always willing to sit and talk with me, the assistant manager is savvy and helps me find ways to make my life easier... The Leasing Agent, though he is a bit... Theatrical... Always makes me feel like the most important person he's seen that day.

As far as maintenance goes, I heard that for almost four months, they were working with one Maintenance man... he was able to get my orders fixed within 36 hours of me putting it in.

I love this place, and the day I leave I will be truly sad... :(
