PROS
excellent landscaping
luxury units
nice location
quiet
excellent pool(s)
upstanding neighbors. (no thugs/crackheads)
fantastic bedrooms and master bathrooms.
Large front windows and big deck.
CONS
Poor management and customer service
very small (and lack of) parking spaces
Pool is not 24 hours anymore
Very expensive with downturn in housing market
large square footage but all taken up by high ceilings.
Tips if living here:
put everything in writing. they will try to take as much deposit as possible on your way out. Should they erronously charge for something, getting your money back will be a struggle. They will charge you to REPAINT an accent wall. this is not free.
You will pay for garbage and sewer. townhouse entry style apartments are 1200 square feet but its all in the foyer/stairs/high ceilings. After living in them for a while you notice your living in about a 900 sq. ft. place.

Wow... poor management and customer service? I seem to remember a guy in the office helping some a resident tack up an eight foot Alfonse Mucca poster...
"Poor Management and customer service!" ? Thats kind of a blanket statement especially considering a few of the employees would bend-over backwards for their residents... you included.

This individual is not working with Portsmith or I would have definitely pointed out his credit. HE is fantastic. Asking for a refund three times, of which we never got, even with photo and metadata date proof, is poor customer service in my opinion.

True about the put everything in writing, but that's almost common sense these days. And it's not true about the 900sq. ft. It could be, but compare to the other 900sq ft apartments on the area, you'll notice the huge differences.

Square feet has nothing to do with ceilings. That would be cubic feet.
