For the price you pay, its a good buy. Not a lot of cheap apartments over here.

Compared to what? I can tell you I moved fromthe ghetto and this place is nice! Prices are going up though and it's comparable to other apartments in the area but I think you get more for your money anyway just because of privacy and quiet alone.
