I have been living here for a few months and have not had any seriouse problems. Any maintenance issue is delt with within 24 hours. Security patrols several times a night and when car prowlers or other problems become consistent they have a "Neighborhood watch" meeting to talk to other tenants and security patrolers. I also have not had any problems what so ever with noise!! Very rarely i can hear the person above me walk around and periodically i can hear water running, but, Thats IT!! My neighbors are friendly and we all watch out for each other. Raintree is the best complex i have ever lived in.
