Rent too high

I have live at this complex for several years now and can tell you the quality of 'Reflections By The Lake has gone down.
Last year rent started going up and now rent is up to $775.00. It is too high for what one gets. Everyone now has to pay for water, the bill is set for the whole building, not calculated per unit. One pays up to $39.00 a month. Garbage is the next expense all are going to have to pay for.
There are many --------- living here, some units have 8-10 people in a 2 bedroom apt.
Parking is so bsd, if you do not get home by 5:30 P.M you can forget a safe place to park. If you park near the cabana or in visitors parking your car will be vandalized.
The mailboxes are raided often, so one has to get their mail before sundown.
Noise is unbearable, kids run all over the place and adults converse at all hours of the night outside.
If one complains to management it is ignored and nothing is done.
The patrol security is a joke. No one feels safe.

Think twice about a move here due to no choice of rental options. One must do a year lease, otherwise watch your rent increase with each new contract. There is no fairness at this complex and all end up moving out. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
