A Review Based Off My Visit Here

I actually went to see their two bedrooms two different times. The first was about three weeks ago when I first started to search for an apt. I noticed the office staff seemded a little unprofessional. They saw me waiting for someone to assist me but did not acknowledge me for a minute or two. No big offense but a little bothersome. The women who showed us a two bedroom seemed to lighten up once we started to talk and then I found her more open. The layout was actually nice and the bathroom was big!

Honestly I didnt like how tiny the inside pool was, and that had me looking elsewhere for the next few weeks.

After a tiring search I decided to go back and look at the two bedroom again, but the one with a one bathroom because I saw the 2 bedroom 2 bath before. I was having a hard time finding something we could afford elsewhere so I wanted to give this place one more try. The women was out to lunch so my husband and I waited in the club house. I became bored and started to really look around and I was pretty concerned. The concrete around the small pool was really gross, it was just so dirty and old I would never walk on it barefoot. The walls in the pool room were cracking and bubbling. The office had cracked tiling on the floor and it was half hidden under an old rug/mat, the outside buliding was rotting, the womens bathroom smelled, and the clubhouse had a slight mold odor. The business center was a very small room with one computer in it and the gym was also small and not very nice with litter left in it.

A nice young man did answer my questions and he said the place was ok, and other than little kids littering he liked it there. And I will say whoever worked there today that I spoke with on the phone, she was super friendly and nice.

However after seeing how old and gross the office and clubhouse was, I was not going to wait on anybody to return from lunch to see the bedroom. If they let the office go I worry what else they let go. It was priced great but very unkept. Hopes this info helps others looking! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
