The three major concerns are the parking (difficult with more than 1 car), and the cleanliness upon moving in. The apartment was very dirty when we moved in, and had to spend a lot of our first moving day cleaning what was supposed to be already clean. Also, the walls are fairly thin, so the noise is a problem (but that is to be expected with many apartments). The plus sides are: washers and dryers, nice floorplans, and the fact that you can still get approved for an apartment with negative credit. For the price there are better places to live.
