I have only lived at Regal Point for 6 months, and cannot wait to move out! All in all the property isnt bad, however the managment and maintence are. Just into my 1st month of moving in I knew I wanted to move. I should have known when on my moving day they came up with all these fees I needed to pay that they hadnt mentioned. It took them 4 months to get my screens put in, and it was summer with bees swarming all around, so it was hard to have the windows open.My shower knob is broken and nobody will come fix it. The manager stares and watches everything you do. She is very rude and thinks she owns the place. I was 1 day late on my rent because I was used to paying rent by the 5th not the 3rd (my fault granted) but I got harrasing letters and phone calls almost on a daily basis to pay a $50 late fee. The letters said I had until the 30th to pay, but I got calls from the manager (-----) that they were sending me to the attorny. The parking is horrible, if u have friends over, they wont find a place to park, its not well lit for living in Everett. We got a new managment company and everyone was thrilled because we thought we would get new managment (deborah) but we didnt. I cant wait to move! I am tempted to just leave early. I wanted to stay there until I got a house, but no more!just dont come here, keep driving! That is just a jist of the problems I have had
