Iv'e lived in a lot of apartments,this is the absolute, I swear worse I have ever lived,4 years,you wouldn't want to be in an earthquake in these apts.there now called colby creek, the management breaks all the rules to what ever they want thier nothing but golf cart queen hoes,they stand out side smoking they eat all day their asses get bigger and bigger,don't live in any apt that has golf cart queens it will feel like you live in a nursing home seriously.they will charge you for move out fees even if they don't apply to you.brand new stove never used the oven 18.00 fee.

if someone moves out and didn't pay the water bill you get your water bill raised.
the manager doesn't care about who she rents to she says she has to keep the apts units full so if your a drug dealer or beat your wife or girl friend every time you get drunk this is the home for you because the police don't care either,there is many drug dealers that have lived there for years and you can get killed living thier also.but hey the place is cheap and the mantainence all involved to would't let them in unless your there,the best is rent or lease a condo no golf cart queens
hotels would be more peaceful than this nursing home like living.
