I am finishing a year rental agreement (jail sentence) with shiloh village. They have had 8 different apartment managers in the last year and 5 of them were in the last two months. nobody remembers anything or takes responsibility for anything. the windows are over used and full of condensation. mold is an issue and if you ever go to the office to ask someone to come out and take a look they either don?t remember or leave the job before it gets taken care of. there solution for the growing mold problem is to paint over it. over 1/2 of the units are empty because of lack of parking and poor customer service. the built a fence behind the property with out a permit from the city of everett blocking out the dog trail in the wooded area behind the apartments. the apartment manager that is there now used to be the head maintence man. and got a lucky break and snagged the managers job because the owners were tired of interviewing and having to replace people. they have way to many inprovement to do and they need to care about there renters. all they care about is if they get there money.the heating is a joke pud is making a fortune off the aparments. the sinks are backed up the bathtubs don't drain and the dishwasher is worthless. living in shiloh village apartments is a joke. you are better off being homeless.
