Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I paid my final utility bill and was sent to collections anyway. Now my credit report is being threatened even though Shiloh Village admits having record of my payment of the final bill. Why they made the mistake of sending me to collections when they have record of my payment is not a mystery, the staff is EXTREMELY incompetent. Now I am left to deal with the collection agency to prove I paid my final bill (which I have done). Hopefully this will end my personal saga with Shiloh Village. GOOD RIDDANCE.
