It's no as bad as many say comparing to other apartments in Casino rd. Plus, this apartments are improving by getting the bad people out finally, and rent is getting cheaper. My only problem would be that even though maintance guys do keep every thing clean out side and do a very fast and good job in fixing things that I need, the apartment looks very old and look like thier about to fall apart, I cant believe how cheap the oweners are that they dont even want to at least paint the apartments and change the roof. But other than that, the manager and staffs are pretty nice and are committed to delivering great service to residents.
