From all my doors falling off (closet doors are junk and the apartment room doors as well), to toilets leaking into my bathroom from the upstairs apartment, to them painting the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and it peels away when wiped down. Thats just the apartment itself in 2008 and they renovated' Wow nice work on the office thats about it. The management is terrible they remind me of highschool girls who backstab and talk behind your back. Never ever rent from them unless you like being robbed of your life. It depends who you live by if you can listen to music and play with your children. Management will basically say quiet hours are 10 PM to 8AM however you will still be given noise complaints for a televison being up too loud during the day. If you like worring that your gonna be thrown out of an apartment and have no where to go and like to walk on eggshells or are extremely old rent here otherwise stay clear of this place. This has been the worst six months in an apartment. Yes parking does not exist for family or guests. Plus, you pay for water but your expected to pay to wash your cloths as well. It is so expensive. Oh yeah, If it snows be prepared to be stuck for days.

The staff has always been super friendly to me! And the maintenance is always really fast, but I have hardly had to use them. The renovations are great. New appliances, new carpet, paint and counter tops. I couldnt be happier living here.
