Since stepping foot into the doors at Sienna I have had the best experience looking for an apartment. Right from the start Janette the asst. manager greeted me with open arms and a uplifting attitude. The atmosphere was absolutly positive as I was offered cookies and coffee by the manager Lori. I felt like I was home, taking a tour of the immaculate grounds and my spacious 1 bedroom apartment that I was to soon call home.
The application process was a snap and I was approved in about half an hour. What a relief to know right away so that I could begin my move out/in process.
Janette and Lori began working on my paperwork, making sure that they recieved all of my information and they even hooked up my phone/cable/and electric! That was less hassle for me I tell you!
I moved in to a clean home with a pizza in the freezer and a bottle of soda in the fridge. The ladies in the office made me feel right at home and for that I thank them.
There was one thing on my move in and I put it down. It was fixed the next day by the maintenance man. At my last place it took them forever to fix something!
I am proud to have friends come over and I am proud to call Sienna my home. As a single woman I feel like I could not have picked a better place to live!
