I'm a current resident, lived at Sienna since 2003. The management is awesome. There are some issues. For example, I live on the bottom floor and my upstairs neighbors are incredibly loud. I can hear them walking around, slamming doors, slamming bathroom drawers, cuppboards, etc. Parking is great, no complaints. The property itself is kept very clean. I have had some problems with my car getting broken into and have had 2 cars stolen out of the lot here. It is not for lack of security, but just what is to be expected for the area and the fact that apartments in general seem to be a magnent for crime. The pool area is kept very clean, also, although in the summer time the spa does get a little nasty with how many people are in and out of it. The cost of rent is ok, I agree that it may be a little high for Everett. I pay over $900 a month for my 2 bedroom 2 bath unit, but it's fairly spacious and modern. Overall, I like living at Sienna, or I wouldn't have lived there for over 3 years!
