Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
there are to many kids and not enough adults watching them,the staff isn't in the office and won't talk to you unless they are in a pinch to rent a unit,the walls are thin so you here everything,but this place would be much better than some in the area,the one to avoid is on the other side of 99 called Colby creek,bad news read reviews on regal pointe and shadow creek that are now called colby creek.
