I've lived in my apartment for 2 years and I'm done. Condo's are taking over Dec 19th but I'm not waiting that long. I'm in a bottom floor corner unit and we are infested with BLACK mold. In the process of moving out we remove a dresser from the wall sharing the bathtub and there is mold everywhere. Upon further inspection the mold is a result of water leaking in between the walls from an unproperly finished bathtub above. We can hear the water dripping while the tenat above is taking a shower. While the complex may be newer, it's poorly insulated (it's lovely when you can hear someone above you go pee in the morning) 2 base board heaters have never worked, they raised our rent by $150 and our paperwork has never been accurate. I love how they kicked everyone out of their parking spots too. I will not be paying for them to remodel my unit.

If you're thinking about buying here DON'T it's a joke.
