the good:
I really like the managers that run this place.

They are genuinely nice people and are very accomodating and responsive.

the bad:
the units are poorly built.

thin insulation, not enough distance between units, always hear your neighbors, mold issues, bad neighbors, car damaged once.

Are you kidding me good owners? They made 1/2 of us move because they said they were going condo and then after a bunch of us by the way had lived there over 6 years had left they decided the market was bad and changed there minds. My neighbors were awsome and other than a little small my apt was great. Now I live in the friggen slums in N Everett if you think your neighbors are bad move down here to the hispanic side where all they do is friggen drink and hassle white single woman.

Different buildings different expieriences.. we have terrible neighbors who are disrespectful after talking to them many times as nicely as a neighbor could. when the condo conversion happened, we actually changed from one building to the other, due to a mold issue in the bottom floor unit.. the top floor unit's been OK, if not for the neighbors being bad in both situations and the walls being too thin. the prior manager, and the current managers have both been extremely kind and accomodating. It sucks anyone was kicked out - but that wasn't the case for us. They told us we could live here until it looked likre a lot of units were being sold, on a case by case basis, after our lease expired.. it never came to that, because they converted back to Apartments right as our lease expired :) I grew up in north everett, I hear you.. not moving back there again that's for sure.
