When I first moved in here they had a 98% approval ratings.
Although there was some noise, the management was spectacular and seemed fairly careful about who they let in.
Then they tried converting them to condos (A huge joke...) and kicked most people out.
We stayed and now they are being offered as apartments again.
Noise is a huge problem.
You will hear EVERYTHING from your up or down neighbors.
Side by side doesn't seem too bad.
We are constantly having mold problems.
I have the vents open for the windows, and the fan running most of the day.
I've tried having plants in the apartment and they are constantly dying.
I have the same plants at work and they have no problems so I don't think it is me.
The soil never dries, it is always wet.

I am one of the ones that they kicked out cause they were going condo. I had lived there over 4 years and was very happy. It was my home and they had this meeting where they gave a lot of hog wash about how theyu were going to help people who had to leave they didn't help nor did they care. I am glad they lost out that is what they get for being a greedy company who lied to anyone so they could make a buck. They were also redoing all the apartments and they kept almost everyones deposit now if that was not sticking the knife in even more. I hope they go bankrupt and those wanabe barbie's who work in the office have so much to learn about working with the public. As much as I loved my home I am so glad I don't have to deal with their manipulations and lies anymore!!!!! Shame on them
