I lived in this apartment not long after it opened up. My roomates and i were the first people to live in our apartment, so everything was brand new. The problem was there was a bug infestation in the carpet, it took a month of vacuuming 3 to 4 times a day to be rid of the bugs. We tried to get the maintance to come look at the bug problem, and when he finally did he said that nothing could be done. Our washing machine was broken on our first load of laundry (and broke many times after that too). When we moved in, we were lied to by the office workers about availablity of apartments, just so they could fill up one building before letting people move into the next buildings. The parking was a nightmare. No assigned spots come with the apartment, which for the price should. You can buy a spot, but forget about having people over in the evenings, they will be towed. Guests can only stay until 9pm. Not only that, the managment was very rude. For the price, there are many many better places to live with much better management.
