Parking is great, IF YOU DON'T DRIVE A CAR...There's horrible parking. Whoever designated the parking lot didn't do it correctly. You're allowed 2 cars, but you'll be lucky if you can get one parked inside the complex. You can park outside and hope no one damages your car though. Forget about guests driving over, you're better off picking them up. They won't find a parking spot and it's a rare occurance if they do, but if it's after 9pm and they're still there expect them to get towed. It was pretty loud at night. The apartment attached to the office ( right near the pool on the top floor) those group of kids were the worst to live near. Always partying, drinking, and very loud. I don't even think they were of age. I noticed their guest cars never got towed though, maybe because one of the people did maintence' I called on several occasions about people parking in handicap spots and they never got a ticket for it. I believe they switched management when I lived there. The garbage cans always seemed full too. I didn't see what the big deal about a 'gated community' was when people could just walk right around the gate to enter...
