Sunrise Lane

 

We would not advise anyone to move into Sunrise Lane.

Their apartments are nice however for the area they are very, very overpriced.

The Office staff is unorganized and incompetent.

When we first moved in they misplaced our rent check and proceeded to leave a message on our phone saying we were late when in all actuality they had it all along.

They also miscalculated our paper work and said we owed money when they didnt charge us enough when we moved in.

Parking is awful.

First my roommate got a car port ($25), then she had to be moved from carport to carport about 4 times because the office told her to park in someone else's spot.

Theft is a big issue also.

The staff will say it is not but you know they are in sales and will do anything to have you move in.

Within the 6 months we resided here my car was stolen, my roommates car was broken into and also a visiting guest that parked on the street due to the strict parking regulations ( no guests after 9pm), the guest's car was also vandalized and broken into.

Don't be fooled by the "secure" gate, it does nothing to stop people from coming to steal your car, they can walk in and just drive it out when the gate opens to leave.

So Over all, If you are looking to move in here...

you might as well live across the street in Brittany Court because looks are deceiving and I am sure you would get the same horrible service at a cheaper price.
