Noisey very noisey

Sunrise lane are large, modern very well maintained apartments however I have never ever experienced such a lot of noise that has never been dealt with.

The noise above me is a banging,thumping and running noise which has often woken me up late at night and cause many sleep disrupted nights.

The managements have done hardly anything to resolve this problem other than find any way possible to deal with it.

I have have called um-teen times and have had no luck.
