We moved into Sunrise Lane Apartments in September of 2002. When we moved in things seemed to be good we ended up getting 2 months worth of specials and it was great... The apartments are good sized and set up in a pretty good way. Within the first couple of months our washing machine motor burned out. They kept on telling us they were going to fix it and it never happened... It took them a month to replace the motor and had to come back in a fix it again 2 more times. After that things were good and we lived there for almost a year and half when we moved.

We moved out the end of January 2004. In April 2004 and they called us and said that they had a check for us that kept on being returned to them. Its doubtful that it was ever mailed though. They had our current address and it was corect. It is now June 2004 and we still have yet to see a check. They have been telling us for the last 2 months that they mailed it and then we call and its still there.

The parking at the complex is the worst I have ever seen. They have way too many covered spots and more handicapped parking than they do regular parking. Don't plan on having anyone stay after 9 pm they will tow your car if you dont have a sticker. THey tried to tow my husbands truck because they couldnt see the sticker for whatever reason and even though the sticker was there we still had to pay them to get the truck back since it was already hooked up. A friend of mines car was also almost towed.
